The following conditions regulate the contractual relationship between Night Optical Devices SAS and consumers and companies that buy products in our shop. You shall accept Terms and Conditions upon purchase.
Subject of the following terms and conditions
NVD and other items listed in the online shop are for residental use. We systematically and carefully review information on our website, but it is possible that information may be partially incomplete or is not up-to-date. In this case just drop us a line and we will fix it asap.
Offers
Offer is valid while the stock lasts and may be at any time modified or revoked by Night Optical Devices SAS.
Payment
You can pay via bank transfer based on the invoice issued by Night Optical Devices SAS. Order will not be processed until full payment has arrived on the account of Night Optical Devices.
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Right of ownership
Until full payment, the items remain exclusive property of Night Optical Devices. The risk of loss or damage, however, goes to the customer from the delivery,
Shipping
We ship with French post colissimo for orders under 5000€ and with DHL Express for orders over 5000€
Shipping insurance
When ordering such delicate items like nightvision devices we suggest to secure your purchase with shipping warranty. In this case if anything during the shipment we will deal with everything.
Shipping insurance cost is 1% of the value of the purchase.
Shipping outside of European Union
We do not ship outside the european union for now. Perhaps in a near future i twill be the case. We will communicate on our website and social media if the situation changes regarding this point.
Complaints
We are carefully reviewing all items before shipping them to you. But if there is any quality deficiency, then it must be reported within 10 days to contact@nods.fr . Please provide as detail description and if possible add pictures,
Warranty
All new items comes with warranty, which duration is 12 months unless specified differently on the product page. Warranty does not apply in following cases:
* Defects that arrise from abnormal use of the product
* Product was not used according to user manual (common sense does apply)
