Preparation
We advise you to group items in a single order.
We cannot group two orders together under the same shipment, each order will have it's own shipment with it's own shipping fees.
Shipping and insurance
For Monoculars and Binoculars : Shipping within 2 days after reception and assembly of your tubes. Reception of your tubes is usually done under 3 to 4 weeks after completion of your order. This lead time is due to the fact that we order tubes when you place an order, in order to let you have the most of the factory warranty of the tube.
For accessories : Shipping within 2 days after receipt of your payment.
We ship via :
Colissimo (french post) with tracking number and with signed delivery for packages under 5000 €.
DHL Express for packages above 5 000 €
Shipping fees includes postage and insurance. We always fully insure packages so you don't have to worry about delivery.
We will ship any order only after confirmation of the customer identity (the customer has to provide an official passport or identity card to prove his identity). In the case of local pickup we will need to confirm before delivery the customer identity again.
Our products are equipped with Image intensification tubes which are classified as Dual usage goods, and shall not be exported outside the EU without any official licence to export such products.
Returns
All of our products are factory warranty of 12 months from the date of your order (unless the contrary is specified).
We provide a 14 days return time for you to return products. You are responsible for the return fees of your products (we recommend that you ship with insurance).
